How Our Surveys Work

Asbestos Lab Testing

We include an asbestos testing service as a part of our surveys. If, during the survey, we discover any potential ACMs we will take a sample of the material and then send it way to a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) lab for testing. These tests will then reveal whether asbestos is present, and provide full insight into its condition.

The lab will send a certificate of analysis with each sample, and we typically expect to get the results back within 36 hours of the sample being taken.
